Platform Shut-down Workshops

BTi have been tasked by several operators to adapt their Performance Improvement Process for Platform Shutdown teams in the North Sea. A key aspect of this is getting the various service providers together to ensure that the 'coal face' workers (maintenance, electrical and construction) are able to work through the planned workscope operations and identify all gaps and interfaces that could 'train-wreck' the operation. The gaps are then worked to ensure that all logistical, procedural and personnel contincencies are put in place ahead of time.
